How do I place an order?

How long does shipping take?

Order processing takes 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days, depending on your location.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Why did I receive my order in multiple packages?

Some orders may ship from different warehouses, which means items can arrive separately.
Each shipment will have its own tracking number.

We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrect.
